A ladyboy is a biological male who has transitioned to female. This can be done through hormone therapy and/or surgery. A trans woman is someone who was assigned male at birth but identifies as a woman. A trans woman may or may not have gone through hormone therapy and/or surgery. A bi woman is someone who is attracted to both men and women.
