The [url="https://tsescorts.uk/forum/index.php/topic,88.0.html"]Gender Recognition[/url] Act 2004 allows you to change the gender on your birth certificate if you have a gender recognition certificate.
You can apply for the certificate if:
- You are 18 years old or over and have lived in your acquired gender for at least two years
- You are 18 years of age or over and have lived in your acquired gender for at least six months.
- You are 16 or 17 years old and have parental consent, along with a medical report from a doctor confirming that you've been living in your acquired gender for at least six months.
