Web Design Fees
Standard Design Package   $1000
Priority Scheduling & Rush Job *   $1800
* A priority booking is the same as my Standard Design Package, but allows you to jump ahead in my schedule and receive an expedited timeline for the first demo. Please read blog post for full details.

Project Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure placement in my development calendar.

My development queue is typically booked out at least three weeks in advance. New projects are prioritized by the order in which deposits are received. Please refer to my Cancellation Policy for details on deposit refunds in the event of a project cancellation.

Add-On Fees
Additional Static Pages   $20
Fee for additional pages beyond those 8 already included with my fee. Price listed is for each page.
3rd Party Script Installs   $50+
Starting price for the time needed to install and configure 3rd party software on your web site. Scripts that require more than a couple of hours to install would have a higher fee.
Mobile Site Customizations   $30/hr
The hourly fee for any customizations made to the base mobile template that is included with my design fee.
Custom Development   $30/hr
Any dynamic content pages (those that can't be edited with your CMS) or any other custom development needs are charged at my standard, client-reduced freelance rate.
Website Reactivation   $100+
Base fee to reactivate a website that has been taken offline due to retirement, extended hiatus or web hosting expiration. Additional fees may apply for any coding or graphic changes.
Design Credit Removal   $100
As outlined on my terms of service page, a design credit link is required in the footer area of every website I design. Because this link is how I generate most of my new business, a surcharge of $100 is required to have it removed.
Portfolio Removal   $50
Like the design credit above, showcasing samples of my work is an essential part of how I generate new business. As outlined in my TOS, I reserve the right to display a screenshot in my portfolio of any designs I create. This can be waived by paying a $50 surcharge. Retired companions do not have to pay a fee for removal from my portfolio.
The Development Process
Stage 1: Design Phase   (2 Weeks)
Creation of the web site design concept and first draft. The first draft will be presented to you for approval as a mock-up (screen shot) or coded web page.
Stage 2: Modifications   (0-? Days)
This is the period of time needed to tweak the design based on your feedback. The amount of time varies for each companion, but it is typically 1-5 days. To avoid delays or additional fees, it is absolutely essential that you be available on a daily basis to collaborate on your design during this phase.
Stage 3: Development   (3-5 Days)
Coding your design concept into the actual pages that make up your complete web site. This also includes installing and setting up your content management system, which publishes your text content and gallery photos to their respective page.
Stage 4: Test and Launch   (1-3 Days)
Final updates, testing and public launch of your web site

My Design Approach
As a web designer for companions, I take a very direct and simplified approach to the services I provide.

Rather than have multiple web site packages or rates, I offer one solution that includes everything most companions will need to launch and maintain their own web site. This fee includes up to 60 billable hours of development time, which is more than sufficient in 98% of the web sites I design.

Am I Right For You
My fixed price solution will not be suitable for every person or budget. Due to my hectic family schedule and limited availability, I currently only take on projects with independent companions or sensual touch providers .  Design services for agencies, miscellaneous freelance or other industries are not available at this time.

I prefer working with more low-key companions whose business goal is to provide a professional yet discreet online presence.  Although I admire women who wish to expand their business model with paid membership systems, streaming multimedia or online shops, that is not the design market I currently wish to target.

What My Fee Includes
My standard design fee includes everything you see outlined below.

Many items are integrated features within my VedaCMS editing application, but can simply be left off of your web site if you have no need for them (ie: calendar, blog, etc).

Custom Web Site Design A web site built uniquely for you using feedback on your preferred colors and style. Visit my portfolio for examples of work I've done previously
Mobile Version of Website (New!) The newest version of my VedaCMS software automatically generates a mobile-friendly version of your website, using content from your regular pages. Many customizable options, including template colors, logo and ability to have your website auto-detect/redirect mobile visitors.
Up To 8 Web Pages of Your Choice Up to 8 static pages of your choice (static pages are those that contain standard content that can be edited with your VedaCMS Editing Application). Please understand that discounts are not provided for web sites needing less than 8 pages. Additional pages can be added for $20 each. A gallery page and calendar are no
Multiple Photo AlbumsThe ability to create multiple photo albums and upload as many photos as you like to each album. You are able to choose the size and shape of your gallery thumbnails and even have photos watermarked with a line of text of your choice on upload.
Availability Calendar A calendar you can use to display your availability or travel schedule, which is maintained through VedaCMS.  You can choose to use a full-size display or a mini-calendar that is embedded on the page.
Simple Blog Create, edit and delete blog entries from within VedaCMS. My simple blog feature is designed to integrate seamlessly with the rest of your website. Unlike Wordpress or similar blog software, there is no need for me to create a separate layout or design template for the blog area. You also have the ability to set any blog entry as a 'members only' posting.
Mailing List Manager The ability to create up to five separate mailing lists that visitors can subscribe to from your web site. Subscribers can be managed from within VedaCMS. Newsletters are sent out from within the Mailer area of VedaCMS.  Image attachments to mailers are supported in VedaCMS version 7 or later.
Integrated Membership System (NON-paid) Your VedaCMS editing application includes an integrated membership system that allows you to set any of your pages, photos or blog postings as viewable by members only. Please note, however, this is NOT a paysite membership system. Visitors can request membership access directly from a form on your website, which you can approve or deny from within VedaCMS.
Members Only Photo Gallery A separate photo gallery that is only viewable by website members. Photos you upload through the CMS can be added to the private gallery with a single click.
Up To 2 Extra Members-Only Pages An additional two pages on top of the original 8 that can be used for members-only content. Your members only gallery does not count as a page...as this is private gallery is automatically generated by the system whenever you set a photo to 'private' within your admin area.
1 Standard Sized Advertising Banner A 460x60 pixel advertising banner (the most common size) that matches your web site design. If you require more than one banner or would like additional sizes, this can be done at my standard hourly rate.
Free SSL Secured Booking Form All design clients are given free access to my SecureForm processor, which is provided by and located on my SecureCompanion.com sister site. This allows patrons to send your booking/contact form securely over an encrypted connection between their computer and the server.
1 Year Free Hosting and Domain Registration 1 Year of free hosting and your initial domain name registration are included with my standard design fee. After the first year, you'd simply pay the annual renewal fee of $130/year. This offer is completely optional - read my hosting details page for more information.
Valid XHTML 1.0 Markup Your web site will be coded in valid XHTML while utilizing search engine optimization best practices such as descriptive tags for images and text links.
VedaCMS Web Site Editor VedaCMS is a custom website editing application developed by Veda Designs that allows you to manage the content of your website without having to pay someone else to do it for you. It was designed specifically for companion websites and includes integrated features that most developers charge separately for. VedaCMS is included free with every website designed by Veda Designs.
Post Project Support and Maintenance Once your website is complete, I am available for support or maintenance requests that cannot be done through your VedaCMS website editor. If you have problems using VedaCMS, I will always be available to answer questions or walk you through an editing process. Website updates that cannot be performed through the CMS can be requested at my standard maintenance fee. Support questions that do not require a website update are never charged for.
